As an intraday trader point of view I would still give 5 star rating. I have been using tradersway for 8 months and am happy to report I made my first withdrawal last week through bitcoin. My funds arrives in 2 days and I sold the bitcoins at a higher rate once they arrived in my wallet. I would like to see tradersway look into a prepaid debit card solution for bitcoin because it will save customers who want to use one the extra step of loading it themselves, when tradersway can load it directly and help us avoid exchange rate fluctuations in bitcoin.

This would be a big improvement and probably further popularize the adoption of bitcoin deposits and withdrawals in my opinion. Buddy it looks like you said you were trading at 5pm which is the time the market day changes and the market clock goes to I always avoid trading for three hours minimum here because the spreads are always very high.

That is the nature of the beast that is forex so best to be more careful next time as this is normal.

Hey can you tell some of the issues you experienced? I keep getting my credit card deposits declined and it is pesky. Did they fix it for you? They say it is my credit card company and my card company says it is not so I am stuck. First off I am so unbelievably angry with Tradersway as I type this so please bear with me.

Now I understand market exposure and of course relevant items like exchange cutover, news release affecting forex pricing etc. But what just happened to me simply feels criminal. Earlier today my back was against the wall on 3 sell orders but holding a range good eonugh to tough it out. This is not the 1st time I've dealt with this and Tradersway. I So does one eve have any rights on the matter?

Am I missing something?? Also Im a bit sad because Tradersway was the only broker I could use with ctrader access in USA.

I have been teaching Forex classes for years and have been with Tradersway for two years as my only offshore broker that i use and recommend to my students. I don't have any major issues at all. The little issues have had, they fix it asap.

Their partnership is horrible and doesn't pay well. They give no information so you can know if their tracking even works.

I chose traders way because they seem to be the only ones accepting credit cards these days.

Every other broker I chatted with said they either do not accept cards at all or cannot accept card payments from the USA. The deposit fee is expensive but was cheaper than sending a wire transfer so I dealt with it. Execution and spreads are good, but their sales department is amazing. Joe Carney always replies even on the weekends and appears to live up to his reputation he has online.

Never had an experience like it. I have been trading for years and have been looking for honest brokers who offer hedging and excellent leverage. Trader's Way has met all of those criteria. Their customer service is excellent, timely and professional.
