Now, onto the guide! This guide is going to feature not only training spots, but also the best abilities, prayers, armor, and weapons to use at specific levels.
No matter what, you should always use these while training. They kill the target faster, therefore resulting in more XP per hour. There are abilities that are amazing and should always be used, while there are also abilities that are downright useless.
Here are some abilities that you will find useful.
Only use ultimate abilities if you need them, as they are flashy in their nature. It may be hard to fund, but it is worth it in the long run. Prayers such as Chivalry boost your attack, strength, and defense, therefore increasing your XP per hour.
You will only need o use prayer once you hit higher levels, however. Evolution of Combat changed weapons a lot. It made certain weapons actually useful as well.
I am going to tell you what weapons to use at what levels. Use the best metal you can Mithril, Adamant, Rune, Etc. It has same bonuses as Dragon 2H and Halberd, but has no extra requirements or big price tag.

Use An Abyssal Whip or Torags hammer. Use A Saradomin Sword Until If you have a sufficient Dungeoneering level and enough tokens, use the Chaotic Maul from If not, stick with the Sara Sword until Armor is also changed by EoC.
Again, I will provide the best armor for each level. Use the best metal armour Mithril, Adamant, Rune, Etc.
Keep in mind that this is based off of the level 2 cows with 25 HP in Burthorpe. They give 40 XP per kill. Level 74 Chaos Tunnels HP: Among other places, these are located in the Chaos tunnels, my favorite place.
ONLY train attack to 60 on these. Level Island East Of Yanille HP: I found these when I was wondering Runescape looking for the best monster for XP at these levels. You should get 60 strength and defense in no time at this point. Level Chaos Tunnels HP: Money making runescape p2p eoc are the best for these levels.
If you start to train on these fromhowever, you will only get around 80k XP per hour because you will never hit them. The Chaos Tunnels location for these is usually crowded, but it is possible to find a world with no one there. Level Taverley Dungeon HP: These are the absolute fastest XP per hour, especially if you use the Chaotic maul. The best location for these is the Taverley dungeon. Stay on the west side of the cavern because the entrance to the Poison Spider cave is on the east side.
These do drop decent things, but the next monster if focused more towards money than XP. Level Brimhaven Dungeon HP: They have good drops, including the rare Draconic Visage.

Unless it's a title keep it set to the left. Finally, add hide tags preferably breaking down the training into level bracketsand a table of contents. You could go into more depth about prayers, specifically curses plus chivalry is a very low level prayer and it's not expensive to get from chivalry to piety so at least reference that instead.
More detail about the monsters as well, such as their weaknesses, how to get to each location, your set up and inventories for when you kill them etc. The beastiary on runescapes website also lets you know the "stats" of each monster so including those would be great. You should remove the line about "being tested" for being stupid.
It comes across as unprofessional and ironically makes you look stupid. All in all the monsters themselves are correct for the most part but the guide is lacking in a lot of areas.
