Skimlinks adds tracking to some, primarily retailers' links, to show they come from this forum.

For some retailers, instead of using Skimlinks to turn the link into a tracked link, we use affiliated links set up through other third parties. Then if it generates revenue from that, this site is paid. The links don't change the content, or what you see or track individual data?

So we hope you choose to switch it on. See the full Skimlinks factsheet for more.

My partner and I work full time and have just moved into our first house, so we do have some debts that we are very eager to get rid of as fast as possible!!

I have investigated about making money I found one website called sweetmoneypublications. We have quite stressful jobs so the idea of doing data inputting at home with our feet up making some extra cash is quite an attractive thought!! Does anyone know if the website mentioned above is a good one to use? Or does anyone have any suggestions of other websites that we may be able to use in order to make extra cash?

Obviously we want legal websites and ones that actually work! Any help at all or discussions on this would be appreciated.

Users saying Thanks 1. I don't have any knowlege of the website you've mentioned - but whenever I've heard about websites like that, it has never been good. They usually ask for a fee, then give you info that you could have found for yourself etc. To be honest, there are thousands of other people in your situation who would like to make a bit of cash at home, so if it was as easy as you describe we would all be doing it!

Having said that, there are some options - have a look at this thread. Users saying Thanks 2. Personally I would not touch a site like that with a barge pole Do not pay for information on how to make money I'm the Board Guide of the Referrers , Telephones , Pensions , Shop Don't drop , over 50's and Discount Code boards which means I'm a volunteer to help them run smoothly and I can move and merge posts there.

However, please remember, board guides don't read every post. If you spot an inappropriate or illegal post please report it to forumteam moneysavingexpert. I had a brief look. Here I go again on my own Hi, I contacted Trading Standards regarding Sweet Money, they told me that they had visited the premises and that earnings claimed have to be proved, which they were able to do.

They sell this information in a PDF format. It is basically showing you how they have done it Direct mailing, Faxing, Emailing opt in lists and Posting. Trading Standards said there isn't a problem with selling information providing they earning claims can be backed up.

Over the last few years I've taken a lot of digital photos, and quite a selection is of high quality. I'm considering putting some of these onto a stock photo site so can make a bit of money that way.

But the sites that I've looked at all pay in dollars through PayPal, which isn't that great because of the exchange rate and the cost of converting it back to pounds. Does anyone know of any British run sites, or sites that will pay in pounds? There are currently no thanks for this post. Contains Mild Peril replied: Users saying Thanks Nice detective work there, they always get found out in the end. Back to the point, Jen44 you're dreaming I think.

Working from home with wine in hand doing data entry? I hope it ain't my data you're entering! You wouldn't do it well and the reward wouldn't be worth it. You need the downtime. If you enjoy the job you're doing currently is there any flexibility available to you that you haven't considered or discussed with your manager? The "filling envelopes" jobs are nothing buy pyramid selling. It was a case of "put out ads in local newsagents" send a leaflet to the people who reaponded.

Pass on the money to the company and the leaflet was selling some holiday voucher and joining this money making "opportunity". You own that site - your username is exactly the same on the 'Warrior' forum where the site is in your signature.

How you can come on here and tell blatant lies like that just shows that you do indeed have no morals: Quite a lot of tar on that brush you've got there! My sister runs a legitimate business that offers a packaging service to large companies for when they want to send out free samples and things via mailshots.

They are always looking for home workers, not because they're out to scam but because the two of them can't stuff 10, envelopes, they pay them by the hour and are generally quite nice Shame they get lumped in with the lowlilfes What about setting up a blog and selling ad space on it?

Lot's of people write articles in their spare time, for either web based mags or paper mags. I've wrote articles for my local paper's. Just phone the editor find out if they are o. If you get given the go ahead, you should get paid for it, but word of warning here.

You will only get paid if they use it. Wouldn't it be great to sit in frnt of a laptop and make thousands of pounds for nothing! If that was possible, EVERYBODY would be doing it! It really annoys me when people make claims of loads of money for minimal work. Is anybody out there really that stupid to believe that the economics of a company distributing sales literature in envelopes would pay anybosy that money?

I suppose the world is full of gullible people after a quick and easy life.
